If you request help, WetYard may collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, property-problem description and the answers you provide in the Problem Finder. If photo upload is added later, photos you choose to submit may also be collected.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, identify potentially relevant service providers, improve the WetYard service, prevent abuse and understand how the site is used.

Sharing with service providers

When you ask WetYard to help connect you with a provider, we may share the information needed for an appropriate local provider to evaluate or respond to your request. WetYard does not sell personal information to unrelated advertisers.

Website and analytics data

WetYard may use hosting, security and analytics services that process basic technical information such as browser type, device information, referring pages, pages viewed and approximate location derived from network information. If additional analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this policy will be updated as appropriate.

Data retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, document lead routing, resolve issues, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations.

WetYard is intended for adults seeking property-service information and is not directed to children under 13.
