WetYard

Terms of Use

These terms govern use of WetYard’s directory, problem guides and matching service.

Effective date: 10-06-2026

Directory and information service

WetYard provides general educational information, a directory of service providers and an optional matching service. WetYard is not a contractor, engineer, inspector, plumber, landscaper or other licensed professional unless expressly stated otherwise.

No professional diagnosis

Online descriptions of drainage symptoms are general information only. Property conditions vary, and a qualified professional may identify causes or solutions that differ from examples on this site.

Provider listings

Provider information may be compiled from publicly available sources and may change without notice. Inclusion does not by itself mean the business is a WetYard partner, has paid for placement or is endorsed by WetYard. Users should independently verify credentials, insurance, licensing, availability and suitability when relevant.

Matching requests

If you ask WetYard to help locate a provider, you authorize WetYard to use and share the request information reasonably necessary to facilitate that connection. A request is not a guarantee that a provider will respond, accept the work or offer a particular price.

Transactions are between you and the provider

Any estimate, contract, payment, scheduling decision, warranty or service relationship is between the homeowner and the service provider. WetYard is not responsible for provider acts, omissions, pricing, workmanship or disputes.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, submit false requests, interfere with site operation, scrape personal information unlawfully or use WetYard to violate applicable law.

Availability and changes

WetYard may add, remove or change pages, listings, features and service areas at any time.

Limitation

WetYard is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, WetYard disclaims warranties not expressly stated here and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the directory or a provider relationship.
